About Us

Transformational Journaling is the fastest, most effective way to create life-long change without having to talk about or think about your emotions for years.

Award-winning Author of Joy-full Journaling for the Caregiver’s Spirit, and Transformational Journaling for Mind, Body, Spirit, Ann Agueli has more than 20 years experience as a family caregiver, has coaching certifications from the Flourish Center for Wellbeing, Gibson Integrated Attachment Theory, and has completed an additional certification at The Doulagivers Institute. She is a visionary with an entrepreneurial spirit.

She is passionate about helping women in betwixt and between –  the phase between preparing for the empty nest while caring for aging parents – develop their own insights through self-awareness, so they can find solutions to grow and transform.

Mission Statement

Heal with Journaling is on a mission to help women in the midst of preparing for an empty nest while caring for aging parents, create a deeper connection to themselves by embracing self-discovery so they can uncover self-development, and see themselves in a new light. They are ready to make space to uncover who they once were, discover who they are now, and who they wish to become.

Ann is passionate about women holding a beautiful reflection for other women seeking to create a deeper connection within, so they can see themselves in a new light.

She believes in the value of integrating who you once were, who you are now, and who you wish to become, and the importance of journeying together on the sacred path of the feminine
