Awesome Workbook

This work book is simple, straight forward and effective. Being a caregiver is a demanding and exhausting job both physically and emotionally. This workbook teaches methods for therapeutic journaling to help with the challenges one faces when being a caregiver. It is uplifting, inspirational and positive while being down to earth and practical at the same time. Loving this book!

Reviewed in the United States on July 6, 2016 I have been the sole caregiver taking care of my mom for the last three years. My brother does help out occasionally thank goodness. From the very beginning of the book it connected right with what i am going through and dealing with. It is an eye opener for me and a great support in making sure I take care of myself so I can take the best care of mom.
